Payment & Subscription. Users agree to pay the fees as outlined on our website.
‍All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made for a billing cycle, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused service periods.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in spam, or misuse our platform.
Users who cancel their subscription will continue to have access to their account until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be revoked.
No refunds or pro-rated adjustments will be issued for early termination.

Limitation of Liability. Ravio AI is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation due to the use of our platform. We do not guarantee specific results, as lead conversion depends on multiple factors.

Privacy & Data Use. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Texas, USA.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
